Shipping & Delivery
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Sometimes orders leave our warehouse right on time but experience a short delay while in the carrier’s hands. This usually resolves within 24 hours.
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking. If there’s still no movement after a day or so, reach out and we’ll help troubleshoot next steps
My package hasn’t moved in a few days — what should I do?
Transit delays happen. If your tracking hasn’t updated, we typically allow up to 5 days with no movement before resending an order.
In many cases, the package starts moving again on its own. If there’s still no update after that window, contact us and we’ll help resolve it
My order says “delivered,” but I don’t have it — what now?
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re unable to issue a standard refund.
As a courtesy, we’re happy to offer either a replacement order or store credit. You may also file a missing mail or claim request with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package can’t be located, forward their response to us and we’ll issue a one-time courtesy refund
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your swimwear return policy?
We’re happy to accept swimwear returns for refunds only, subject to a $7.95 restock/processing fee. Returns must be started within 21 days of delivery.
To keep things fresh and fair for everyone, swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the protective hygiene liner fully intact. Items missing the liner or showing signs of wear aren’t eligible for a return or refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we offer returns for a refund only and aren’t able to process direct exchanges. Please note that a $7.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, head to cheekies.loopreturns.com. You’ll receive either a prepaid return label or a QR code to scan at USPS
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, we’ll begin processing your refund.
Please allow 5–7 business days after processing for the funds to appear back in your original payment method
I sent my return back — why haven’t I been refunded yet?
If your return is still in transit, refunds will be processed once the package is delivered to our warehouse and marked as delivered
I decided to keep my item — can I cancel my return?
Yes. If your return hasn’t been sent back yet, we can cancel your return request.
Once canceled, no further action is needed
Orders & Changes
I updated my order — will I be charged twice?
No. If your order was updated, you are not being charged twice.
You’ll receive a new order confirmation email reflecting the changes, and tracking information will follow once your order ships
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update the shipping address.
If the change is successful, you’ll receive confirmation reflecting the update
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been processed?
Once an order has been prepared and packaged, we’re no longer able to make changes or cancel it.
If you place a new order with the correct items, we’re happy to waive the restock fee when you return the original order
My order already shipped — can I still change the address?
Once an order has moved into fulfillment, we’re no longer able to update the shipping address.
If the package is headed somewhere familiar, you may be able to retrieve it from a friend, family member, or neighbor. If you’re unable to recover the package, reach out and we’ll walk through next steps together
Sizing & Fit
How do Cheekies swimsuits fit?
Most Cheekies swimsuits run true to size. We recommend checking our size and fit guides for specific measurements.
For tops, choose based on your cup size and desired coverage. Many styles are adjustable for a customized fit
Swimwear Care
How should I care for my Cheekies swimsuit?
We recommend hand washing only in cold water (max 30°C) using a mild detergent.
Avoid bleach, ironing, dry cleaning, wringing, twisting, or tumble drying. Lay flat to dry.
Rinse after each use to remove chlorine, sunscreen, salt, and sweat. Avoid rough surfaces like pool edges or boat decks. Treat your swim like good lingerie — gentle care goes a long way

How are Cheekies swimsuits made, and what sustainability practices do you follow?
At Cheekies, we focus on creating swim that looks good, feels good, and lasts. Our styles are designed in the U.S. and produced internationally in Vietnam, working with experienced manufacturing partners who specialize in fabric, fit, and quality.
No matter where our swim is made, all partners are held to the same high standards for quality, consistency, and ethical practices.
Our swimwear features a PFAS-free C-0 DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. This treatment is free from “forever chemicals” and is considered one of the most environmentally responsible water-repellent technologies currently available for apparel.
To ensure ongoing quality and safety, we partner with certified testing organizations to regularly test our products against global chemical and restricted substance standards.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment! We’re only shipping within the U.S. for now, but we’re working on expanding internationally soon.
